posible conocer si los efectos obtenidos se
mantienen a mediano o largo plazo. Variables
como alimentación, enfermedades crónicas,
consumo de medicamentos, calidad del sueño y
nivel de actividad física fuera del programa no
fueron controladas de manera estricta, por lo
que futuras investigaciones deberían incluir
muestras más amplias, seguimiento
longitudinal y mayor control de factores
asociados.
